St Dymphna Chaplet - Patron Saint of Mental Health

Saint Dymphna is the patron saint of stress, anxiety, and mental health disorders. The Saint Dymphna Chaplet is comprised of 17 beads. Prayers for the intentions of the Holy Father and for Christians are prayed on the first two white beads. The five red beads are in honor of St. Dymphna's martyrdom, the five white beads are in honor of her virginity, and the five green beads are for the hope for relief for all who suffer from mental disorders.
