Jesus bore our sins as He hung upon the cross. Am I grateful?

1 Peter 2:24"He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; 'by his wounds you have been healed'"
Isaiah 53:5"But He was pierced for our transgressions"
Hebrews 12:2"Looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God"

Whether you are grateful for this act is a personal reflection that depends on your own beliefs, experiences, and relationship with your faith. If you are a Christian, this could be a moment to consider the significance of Jesus' sacrifice in your spiritual life, perhaps prompting feelings of gratitude, reflection, or a desire to live in accordance with the teachings of Jesus.

If you're asking yourself this question, it might be an opportunity to explore your faith more deeply, perhaps through prayer, meditation, reading scripture, or discussing with others in your faith community. Gratitude in this context can also manifest in how one lives their life, striving to embody the love and forgiveness that are central to the message of the crucifixion.

So, are you grateful? That's something only you can determine based on your personal faith journey.
