The Fourth Industrial Revolution represents a fundamental change in the way we live, work and relate to one another. It is a new chapter in human development, enabled by extraordinary technology advances commensurate with those of the first, second and third industrial revolutions. These advances are merging the physical, digital and biological worlds in ways that create both huge promise and potential peril. The speed, breadth and depth of this revolution is forcing us to rethink how countries develop, how organisations create value and even what it means to be human. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is about more than just technology-driven change; it is an opportunity to help everyone, including leaders, policy-makers and people from all income groups and nations, to harness converging technologies in order to create an inclusive, human-centred future. The real opportunity is to look beyond technology, and find ways to give the greatest number of people the ability to positively impact their families, organisations and communities ( https://www.weforum.org/focus/fourth-industrial-revolution/ ).
Today's training again was not so great. The weather was dark, dreary, and cold. The parking lot was all dirty and grimey still, making it hard to get a good grip on my tires. Still feeling all weak and shriveled up and just fighting very hard to do laps in the parking lot. I'm hoping a good rain will come and wash all the fine dirt, grime, and soot away, and this will increase the effectiveness of my training performance. I also ordered a triple stack of some pretty good performance-enhancing anabolic prohormones. They should be here in about 5 days or so. So They should help me build lean, hard muscle, boost my strength, mood, and increase my training performance. I'm going to do a cycle of these things for a good 2 or 3 months, and maybe start some Helladrol in February. It was good to hear from my old friend fellow YouTuber, Neil in yesterday's YouTube video's comment section. He asked me to drop him a line. So, I was planning on calling him tomorrow, and see if maybe he wants to collab on a project or two. Might make for interesting Youtube content. I'll keep you posted. Stay tuned...
