Welcome to my blog.Those of you who are regulars know that I just completed a rather lengthy and in-depth analysis of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey, and for all you first-timers, I recommend checking out the archives if you are into that sort of thing. I think it turned to be a halfway decent multimedia presentation and it was a lot of fun to do as a blogger, and though, The Thirty Day Proactive Test is over, The Rant will never die, motherbitches.
Anyway, so the book I started reading after 7 Habits is called Organizational Behavior: Securing Competitive Advantage. Right now, you may be asking yourself, "What in the hell is Organizational Behavior?"

Well I shall tell you."Organizational Behavior is a field of research that helps, predict, explain and enable understanding of behavior in organizations. Organizational Behavior's three sub-fields, micro organizational behavior, meso organizational behavior and macro organizational behavior reflect differences among the social science disciplines that contributed to the founding of the broader field of organizational behavior. Micro organizational behavior is concerned primarily with the behavior of people as individuals. Meso organizational behavior focuses on the activities of people in groups and teams. Macro organizational behavior addresses the behavior of organizations as entities (Organizational Behavior: Securing Competitive Advantage, pg. 20)."
